questions. Time can be purchased in one hour segments. Email response is
available M-F (8am-8pm) with a maximum response time of 24 hrs (8 hrs average)
and a billing increment of 10 minutes.

Phone Support - $75.00/hour
Support via Telephone, Skype,
or Remote Desktop is available for projects where direct communication is
necessary and where a higher level of response is desired. Phone Support is
available on an hourly basis with a maximum response time of 8 hrs (4 hrs
average) and a billing increment
of 15 minutes.

Support - $125.00/hour
On-Call support is available for critical projects where immediate response
and direct communication is of paramount concern. Due to the immediate response,
availability of this support option is limited. The
billing increment for on-call support is 30 minutes.
